This corporation is a non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation 501c (12) organized under the Non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law.

The specific purpose of this corporation is to construct, own, manage and operate wells, pumping plants, rights of way, ditches, flumes and pipe lines, for the production and distribution of water for domestic use for the land located in the County of Madera, State of California, Lots 1 to 89, inclusive of Bass Lake Annex #1.
